The Golden Wallaby is a cute little creature, and to be able to get close enough to shake hands with one is a real treat. They are so used to humans that some mothers will even let you touch their joeys (baby wallaby) when they are still in the mothers pouch. Special food for the wallabies is available from the resort shop and it has been made to suit the animals dietary requirements. Please don't feed them any other food (except fruits) as it causes the animals great distress later when they try to digest it. Feeding them any food with fats (chips etc) has been known to kill them. Please feed them with the food we supply - Thanks
